How much does it cost?

It's £40 per session or a 5-week beginner course for £185 (saving £15).

Are you qualified to teach meditation?

Yes, I studied with the British School of Meditation where I gained my qualification to teach.

Can anyone learn Meditation?

Yes, without a doubt meditation can be learnt by anyone whatever their age.

How long would I have to meditate for?

As little as 5 minutes every day, but as you find the time and start to feel the benefits there is no limit to how long or how many times a day you can practice. It's up to you.

Where do I have to meditate?

The beauty of meditation is you can do it anywhere.

Do I have to sit on the floor?

No. A straight backed chair is perfect.

What do I need to wear?

Any comfortable clothing is fine.

Do I have to be religious?

Not at all.

Can I meditate any time of the day?

Yes. You will probably find a time that fits into your schedule but it doesn't matter what that time is.

Do you teach group meditation classes?

I teach 1-2-1 and small groups at my studio.
